2. Our mail CONSTANTLY placed in the wrong post office box. Remember we are a non profit and our mail is important.
3. We purchased a post office box at this station September 2003 and has maintained the box every year. This past October, they closed our post office box for non payment!! No notifications, no call, nothing! They just closed the box and returned all of our mail to the senders. When we provided prof that we paid on line, they only apologized!
Our non profit has encountered many serious problems with the Rich Hill station. Such as:
1. Mail regularly placed in our post office box that’s not ours. Beware: this post office somehow confuses our post office box with the IRS. Lots of mail intended for Interal Revenue is mistakenly placed in our Post Office Box!
The Rich Hill Station is a poorly managed post office. I have since purchased another post office box at a different location.
4. Yesterday a gentleman who has a post office box at this station notified me that he has received several letters addressed to our Non profit. Some of the envelopes were opened and included donations to our organization. We met him to receive our mail, and sure enough, our correct address was on each and every envelope.
Our Federal Government Postal Service is HORRIBLE at this location. The saddest part of all... They Do Not Care!! After all it’s our tax dollars funding this incompetence.
